Developmental Disabilities Ministries, Inc.  (DDM) believes that individuals with developmental disabilities are created in "God's Image" and therefore have intrinsic worth, value and dignity. DDM supports the rights of people with developmental disabilities to have access to services and the opportunity for full participation in the community.  In our residential program, individuals are provided services at the appropriate level of intensity based on specific needs and choices. Residents are served in an environment that provides appropriate safety, freedom and privacy. Residents are provided the highest quality person centered services, training and best living experiences by competent and dedicated staff and volunteers.  DDM currently operates 19 homes with 67 residents throughout the state of Georgia.
Your pledge will provide for DDM resident’s Life Enrichment Activities Program (LEAP); which assist them with healthcare expenses as well as extracurricular activities; such as: resident camp and once in a life time experiences.

Developmental Disabilities Ministries, Inc. has 501(c)(3) non-profit status with the IRS and is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). All of our homes are licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources and DDM is an approved provider of Medicaid Waiver services in Georgia. DDM staff and programs have received the Governors Council Award of Excellence; The Above and Beyond Award of the Georgia Council on Nonprofits, The Ann Sullivan Award, and The Best Practices award by Georgia DHR.  We invite you to learn more about DDM through our website at
