Extraordinary Opportunities for Extraordinary Lives
Since 1878, Brenau University has challenged students to live extraordinary lives of personal and professional fulfillment. Today, Brenau proudly offers coeducational undergraduate and graduate programs through a curriculum enriched by the liberal arts, scientific inquiry and global awareness. Students attend classes at one of our five campuses located across Georgia in Gainesville, Norcross, Fairburn, Augusta, and Kings Bay Naval Base or attend our online program. We are also home to one of the few historic residential women’s colleges in the nation.

A Unique Approach to Learning
Brenau realizes that students today live in a faster paced, information-centric, scientifically demanding, and culturally diverse global society. We design our programs to ensure that our students are able to discover their own unique capabilities and gifts by embracing curiosity and innovation.

Our Keys to Success: Diversity and Flexibility
Our students are a diverse group. They are both traditional and non-traditional students from across Georgia, from around the world and from highly mobile military families.

To meet their needs, flexibility is our mandate. Brenau enables students to pursue their dreams and ambitions anywhere in the world, any time of day. Programs are offered in three formats: Totally online; a hybrid of online and in class; or completely in the classroom. No matter the platform, Brenau students are assured that the quality of education and the rigor of training provided by Brenau University will be the same across the board.

Results-Oriented Performance
Our philosophy on education is garnering recognition for Brenau:

New annual U.S. News & World Report listings rank Brenau #13 in ‘Great Schools, Great Prices in the South’ – the 8th consecutive year we’ve been ranked among top schools in our region. They also ranked our online MBA program #41 of 500 institutions around the country.

Following the success of our Nursing and Occupational Therapy programs, Brenau is expanding its health-related graduate programs to include Physical Therapy beginning in 2013. Classes for this program will be held at our new downtown Gainesville campus.

In addition to praise for our academic programs, we are proud that The Chronicle of Higher Education recently listed Brenau as a ‘Great Colleges to Work For’.

Your Gift to Brenau Can Change a Life
Approximately 80% of Brenau’s 2,800 students require financial aid in order to complete their education. Many are the first in their families to attend college. Our students’ stories are varied, but each has the same goal – to achieve their dreams of leading extraordinary lives.

Adrienne is an education major with a full-time job, a husband and children. She dreams of becoming a teacher to help children in her community. To accomplish her goals, she takes classes at night and on the weekends, finding that Brenau’s flexible schedules fit her life perfectly.

Elizabeth is from a military family that moves often.  A Psychology major, she has found a second home at Brenau’s Women’s College. Involved in many activities on campus such as the Student Ambassadors and Alpha Chi Omega, she is a shining example of a poised Brenau student ready to take her place in the world.

Shantel is an honors student serving as lead justice on the Honor Court, parliamentarian of the Student Government Association, and president of the Brenau Association of Mediators and Legal Scholars. After completing a major in Conflict Resolution & Legal Studies, she plans to attend law school with an emphasis on international
business.

Your gift to Brenau University will help these students and others to achieve their dreams of extraordinary lives. We are grateful for your support!
